    Reservations and Use

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and check-out time is by 10:00 a.m.
  • How do I pay for my stay?
    We will send an e-mail to your registered address after you make a reservation.
    Payment should be done in advance by registering your credit card by e-mail.
    Cash payment on site is not accepted.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    30% from 7 days prior to the check-in date, 100% from 3 days prior to the check-in date.
    100% will be charged for no-shows without notice.
  • Do you provide a pick-up service?
    No, we do not have a pick-up service.

  • What is the maximum number of guests?
    The maximum number of guests is 8 adults in all house.
  • How many beds are available?
    There are 2 single beds, 1 double bed, and 2 sofa beds.
    Two sets of futons are also availabele in the Japanese-style room space, you can sleep on it.

    We have shampoo & conditioner, body soap, toothbrush, and towels (face towel and bath towel).
  • What facilities are available?
    Free Wi-Fi, hair dryer, hangers, microwave, hot water pot, toaster, refrigerator, air conditioner, tableware (glasses, mugs, spoons, dessert spoons, forks, dessert forks, knives, chopsticks, small plates, large plates), kitchen utensils (dishcloth, chopsticks, kitchen knife, ladle, spatula, bowl, colander, frying pan, pasta pot, measuring cup, wine opener, iron, peeler, scissors, tongs, cutting board).
